Why is a beam pointing the wrong way?

Your compass probably needs calibrating: move your phone in a figure 8 a few times, away from metal and magnets. In Lens Lite you can also fine-tune the heading with the Calibrate button.

Who can see my location?

Only friends you've started a live share with (until it expires or you stop it), friends you sent a one-time pin to (until it expires), and members of Squads you've joined (until the squad ends or you pause). Pause everything in one tap on the Sharing page. We keep only your latest position — never a history.

Does Lens Lite share my location in the background?

No. In the browser your position only updates while the Lens Lite page is open. The iPhone app can share in the background while a share is active.

Can I make my Pylurs public?

No — your Pylurs are only ever visible to you or to friends you choose. Public places on Pylur come from Drops: short notes or photos left with the iPhone app (18+). For your safety you can't leave a Drop within 300 m of your own Home or Work Pylurs.

Why can't I read a Drop?

Drops unlock only when you're physically within about 100 ft, using your phone's precise location in the iPhone app. The website can show where public Pylurs are, but not what's inside.

If I share a Pylur, can my friend see where I am?

No. Sharing a Pylur or a collection shares that place (and its photos) — never your live location. Your friend can save their own private copy; photos stay yours, and stopping the share removes their access.

What's the difference between a pin and live sharing?

A one-time pin sends a fixed point — where you were when you sent it — and expires. Live sharing keeps your beam updated, either for a set time or until you turn it off. A pin never turns into live tracking.

How do I add a friend?

Ask them for their exact handle and enter it on the Friends page. There's no public search, so strangers can't look you up.

Someone is bothering me. What can I do?

Block them from the Friends page — they immediately lose access to your profile, Pylurs and location, and can't send you requests. You can also report users and content in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete account. Everything (profile, photos, Pylurs, friendships, shares) is deleted immediately.

Which phones does Lens Lite work on?

Recent iPhones with Safari and Android phones with Chrome. You'll be asked for camera, location and motion access. On a computer you can drag to look around.
