By using Pylur you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using Pylur safely

• Pylur is a convenience tool, not a navigation or safety system. Directions and distances can be wrong.
• Always watch where you are going. Don't use Pylur Lens while driving or in hazardous places.
• GPS and compass accuracy vary; Lens Lite in the browser does not hide beams behind trees or buildings.

Your account

• Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Choose a handle that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Acceptable use

• Only share your location with people you trust, and never track anyone without their consent.
• Don't harass other users, abuse friend requests or try to access data that isn't yours.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You own the Pylurs, Drops and photos you create. You let us store and display them as you choose (Drops are public to people nearby) to run the service. Don't post Drops that reveal someone's home, harass anyone or break the law; we may remove content that is reported and found to break these rules.

Availability and liability

Pylur is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
